What’ll you own:

-Define critical path from product ideation to production of planned projects
-Consolidate WIP status report from Engineering & Design Teams and align on any discrepancies; generate report for monthly management meeting; constantly review and evolve the report according to business needs
-Deadline management - weekly coordination with all key internal stakeholders regarding product deliveries to flag risks and remove blockage
-Weekly follow up and reporting on factory’s production capacity
-Conduct regular capacity analysis and report on risk and provide corrective action plans to resolve any issues related to factory constraints and optimize supply planning
-Monitoring and analyzing both leading and lagging indicators in the product management progress, highlight risks to rectify and any opportunities to optimize the process to enhance product management flow
-Analyze product management tools/systems to identify opportunities to develop automation/digitalization strategies to increase efficiency or effectiveness; and work with business units and IT to plan and execute related projects such as BI report development, systems development, etc. This includes, but not limited to defining user requirements, monitoring UAT progress to ensure deliverables meet the requirements.

Who’ll thrive:
-University degree in any discipline
-A min. of 6-8 years of relevant working experience in the jewellery industries
-Strong knowledge in gemstones and jewellery production knowledge
-Certified in Production and Supply Planning is preferred / PMP holder is preferred
-Experienced in order follow-up, product management, process management, project management, and supply planning such as data modeling, production planning, materials planning with knowledge of forecasting methodologies
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills with good business acumen
-Experienced in BI reporting, systems implementation
-Self-starter and proactive, competent in working independently and collaboratively as a team player
-Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
-Well organized, responsible, reliable and highly capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
-Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
-Willing to travel occasionally to China
