We are a family run company operating in Jewellery retail and Diamond wholesale. Our office is based in TST.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced candidate to work along side the Directors to help co-ordinate all aspects of the business, including, sales, purchasing, production, accounting and finance.

The candidate should be hard-working, resourceful and willing to learn about all aspects of the business. They must also be able to handle pressure. A minimum of 4 years experience in the jewellery industry is a must.

Duties include:
-Assist company Directors in their day-to-day operations
-Data Entry, invoicing, jewellery costing
-Co-ordinate with suppliers of materials and factory
-Help liase with customers on their orders
-Visit customers and suppliers around Hong Kong for delivery of orders and purchasing materials
-Prepare and send shipments to customer
-Help with jewellery photography and maintaining website and social media marketing
