Job Description
• Lead the design and development of new jewelry collections, from concept to final production.
• Create detailed sketches and review CAD designs for jewelry pieces.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed to required standards.
• Research market trends and customer preferences to inspire new designs.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align designs with customer's demand.
• Ensure all designs adhere to budget and production timelines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and skill development.

Job Requirement
• At least 8-years job experience in jewelry design
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design or any other design-related disciplines
• Excellent hand sketch skills
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong sense for design, color, material & strong understanding of trends
• Organized, excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

要求學歷
• 具8年或以上的珠寶設計工作經驗
• 大專畢業或以上，具珠寶設計或設計背景優先
• 優秀手繪技能
• 熟練使用設計軟件，如CAD、Adobe Illustrator和Photoshop
• 懂讀寫中英文
• 有創意、具珠寶潮流觸覺
• 有條理，具備卓越的溝通和領導能力。
• 可即時上班者優先
