We are a family run jewellery retail and diamond wholesale company looking to build our team. We are looking for someone that can get involved in all areas of the business and share their ideas. The candidate should have an keen interest in diamonds, diamond jewellery and marketing. Should have great organisational skills, be able to work independently, enthusiastic, trustworthy, and hard working with an interest to learn and grow with the company.

The candidate will be a part of the core team, assisting the Directors in their daily tasks and following up on orders.

At least 2 years of experience in the industry is required as well as an excellent command of English
Working hours 10-6pm Mon-Fri
Annual leave
Significant Annual Bonus based on performance

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewellery
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Some knowledge of Canva or other photo creating/editing software preferred
English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Clerical Duties:
Prepare documents such as invoice, memo, quotations
Data entry and jewellery costing
Follow up with the factory on production orders
Prepare shipments
Pick up and drop off goods to suppliers and customers
Purchase and monitor accessories and stock items
Filing and other clerical duties
