DUTIES:
- Monitor the stock flow and maintain the inventory accuracy.
- To organize and arrange the stock for all occasions including sales trips and jewellery shows.
- Shipment arrangement includes preparing carnet, TIB, MAWB, invoicing and able to handle Export / Import declaration through Tradelink.
- Liaise and coordinate with forwarder.
- Cost calculation
- Assistance and support in Jewellery show
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- DSE or above
- 1-2 years working experience in Jewellery industry
- High integrity, organize, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in using MS Office
