Job duties:
- Provide support to sales team on clients orders and projects
- Follow up orders with production team
- Arrange and coordinate shipments
- Assist in trade show, business trip preparation
- Participate and prepare for local trade shows if required

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' relevant office work experience
- Proficient in English MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility
- Able to work flexibly, multi-task and under pressure
- Good at spoken and written English and Chinese
