Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead sales efforts, develop new business opportunities, and manage high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury goods or jewelry sales, international market knowledge, and the ability to work independently to meet ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and develop new B2B accounts while managing existing client relationships
• Represent the brand at international trade shows and events
• Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to support product development
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports; provide regular updates to management

Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury or jewelry industry
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); confident in communicating with international clients
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Experience in trade shows or international sales environments preferred

• Experience in the fine jewelry or luxury sector
• Familiarity with U.S., European or Asian markets
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages is a plus

• 熟悉 Office 軟件與 CRM 系統
• 具備展會經驗與海外市場操作背景者優先
