Job Description:
· Handling orders and monitoring production process.
· Preparing samples, quotations and invoices.
· Handling customer inquiries and email correspondence.
· Arranging and coordinating shipment/delivery, communicating with factory and production team for order status.
· Support at local jewellery shows as required.
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
· Form 5 or above.
· Good written and verbal communication skills (in English, Cantonese and Putonghua).
· Experience in jewellery industry is preferred, but not essential.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· A good team player and a fast learner with good analytical skills.
· Self-motivated on multiple tasks and with the ability to work autonomously
· Immediate availability is preferred.
