Job duties:
- Provide general sales support to the sales teams
- Prepare quotation and handle customers inquiries and email correspondence
- Follow up orders & communicate with factory to monitor production
- Arrange shipment and prepare shipping documents for sending goods and trip / exhibition (e.g. TIB & Carnet)

Requirements:
- At least 1 years working experience in Jewellery field.
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
- Knowledge of PJS is preferable
- Good at MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Well-organized, details mind and high sense of responsibility
