Established in 1988, Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association provides professional services to our members and industry practitioners, which includes seminars, educational training, industry forums, networking events, trading platforms in form of exhibitions, publications & websites and administration & secretariat services. To cope with our expansion, we are now inviting high calibre and experienced candidates to join our association for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:
- To provide high quality member services to all members and potential member of our association
- To draft committee minutes, handle correspondence, telephone calls and emails
- To provide assistance on presentation, organizing events and functions such as gala dinner, jewellery design competition, press conferences, luncheon and seminars
- Outdoor work for carnet service and golf event
- Occasional travel to China is required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with strong organizing and communication skills
- Co-operative and with good team spirit
- Skillful in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
