Sales Manager for US Market

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to expand our presence in US market for our luxury fine jewelry products. The ideal candidate will have an established client network in the industry, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in US and other emerging markets.
 Manage and expand a solid customer base, fostering long-term relationships with key clients.
 Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and overseas business trips.
 Identify new business opportunities and independently drive market expansion.
 Deliver high-impact sales presentations and negotiate deals to exceed revenue targets.
 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:
 Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 4+ years of sales experience in the fine jewelry/luxury goods industry (mandatory).
 Existing customer network in jewelry/retail/luxury sector is a strong advantage.
 Proven ability to develop new markets independently with strong commercial acumen.
 Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written);
 Aggressive, presentable, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
 Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Experience in organizing and attending international trade fairs is preferred.
 Holder of a valid driving license is a MUST.
 Willingness to undertake frequent business travel to the USA.
Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Sales Executive position.
