工作內容及崗位職責:

全面負責首飾生產部門的管理和運營，確保高效、高品質的生產流程
制定首飾車間的工作目標和生產計畫，並分派到具體崗位，同時負責首飾車間生產、日常工作和員工的管理
管理和指導生產團隊，改進作業流程和生產規範，確保車間穩定發展和提升
確保生產現場的安全和規範操作
與其他部門緊密合作，協調生產相關事宜

招聘條件:

具有10年以上珠寶首飾生產和管理經驗，對珠寶行業有熱情和深入瞭解
流利粵語, 懂普通話, 懂英語會優先考慮
熟悉首飾生產工藝和流程，具備豐富的生產管理知識
具備良好的團隊領導能力和溝通協調能力
較強的責任心和解決問題的能力
