Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
1.Lead and manage the team's daily operations of a business
2.Coordinate the operations of all departments within the company to achieve organizational goals
3.Develop and implement company operational strategies to ensure they align with company goals and business needs
4.Decide how to use resources efficiently to improve work processes and company operational efficiency and increase productivity

Requirements:
1.Diploma or above in related disciplines;
2.At least 10 years or above working experiences in jewellery industry ;
3.Good business sense with servel management experiences in a team of 20 people ;
4.A good team player with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
5.Excellent problem-solving skills and good time management skills to address competing priorities
6.Well -organized, systematic and efficient, with a strong sense of responsibility
