Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts independently

Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis

Coordinate with departments for the accounting related matters and daily account transactions

Prepare timely sales, AR/AP reports and other general accounting duties

Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets

Participate in the year-end audit and tax computation

Liaise with sales department and customers to ensure timely payments

Perform ac-hoc projects as required

Qualification

Degree holder with professional qualification in accounting

Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting

Good knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle, Excel and PowerPoint

At least 5 years of working experience, retail business experience would be a plus

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure

Good command of Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
