Responsibilities:
1. Procure gemstones (primarily diamonds) from sources, including preparing and inspecting diamond parcels for customer orders.
2. Coordinate with various suppliers for procurement, price negotiation, quality control, and related arrangements.
3. Conduct research to identify new suppliers of raw diamond materials.
4. Manage the entire procurement process and maintain a database of suppliers.
5. Monitor and analyze inventory levels and market trends.
6. Communicate with factories and relevant departments. Tasks include handling repair items, providing repair goods, and customs clearance documentation.
7. Maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of diamond and gemstone classification.
Honest, responsible, and diligent work ethic.
Proficient in Excel and basic PC operations.
