Responsibilities :
-Providing general administrative support in office, handling correspondence, assisting with the organisation and maintenance of filing systems
-Providing support for events and functions
-Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
-Managing staff attendance, leave records and report Monthly
Requirements :
-Form 5 or above
-Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
-Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
