Key Responsibilities

• Design new collections and bespoke pieces based on seasonal trends, brand direction, and client needs
• Create detailed technical drawings, 3D CAD files, and/or hand sketches
• Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability
• Source inspiration and conduct market research on trends, stones, and settings
• Participate in reviews and adjustments during prototype development

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a jewelry designer, with a strong portfolio
• [Optional] Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., JewelCAD, Rhino, MatrixGold, ZBrush, or similar) and/or strong hand-sketching skills
• Understanding of materials, gemstones, metalwork, and production techniques
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance artistic vision with practical considerations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• [Optional] Familiarity with international markets or custom jewelry

• Degree or certification in Jewelry Design or related field
• Experience working with colored gemstones and luxury jewelry
• Mandarin/Cantonese or other language skills a plus

• 了解珠寶材質、寶石、金工與生產工藝流程
• 富有創造力與細節導向，能在藝術性與實用性間取得平衡
• 良好的溝通能力與團隊協作精神
• （選擇性）熟悉國際市場或具備客製珠寶設計經驗
