We are a fine jewelry company in Central looking for an accounting clerk who is a self-starter with a positive and can-do attitude. The person will mainly be responsible for bookkeeping, preparing financial statements for auditors, and some administrative duties. This can be a Full-Time or Part-time position, we will consider both types of candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full accounting duties, including month-end closing, data entry, issuing cheques, petty cash, bank reconciliations, expense reports, credit card statements, inventory, and cost calculations.
2. Work with auditors to facilitate annual audit returns
3. Handle basic HR and administrative work, including payroll, custom, and MPF processing
4. Handle other ad hoc duties in the office when required
5. Go to clients/vendors sites if needed
6. Assist the director on other projects/companies.

Requirements:

A positive team member, professional, and trustworthy.
Detail-oriented and organized.
5 years of working experience in Accounting
Fluent in English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge (MS office)
University graduate preferred
