Responsibilities:
- Procuring stones (majority: diamond) locally.
- Liaise with various suppliers for purchasing, price negotiation, quality control and other arrangements.
- Conduct research and source new suppliers and vendors of raw
diamond materials.
- Manage whole procurement process and vendors database.
- Monitoring and analyzing inventory and market.
- Communicating / liaising with factory and related departments.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
