Roles & Responsibilities:
● Proactively stay up-to-date with the USA & Europe market and industry trends by conducting research and analysis.
● Design and develop jewellery products with high standards of quality and craftsmanship according to product planning and creative direction.
● Work closely with design and production teams regarding customers’ designs and orders;
● Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge design specifications and production feasibility.
● Overseas trips for meetings & to attend international jewellery exhibitions is required.

Requirements:
● Diploma holder in Design or related discipline
● Minimum 2 years as jewellery or fashion experience
● Strong awareness of market needs and fashion trend in USA, Europe and Middle-East markets.
● Self-motivated, detail-minded with good communication & presentation skills
● Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
