We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in luxury sales, client service, or the jewelry industry. Key Responsibilities
• Assist senior sales staff in managing customer accounts and daily sales activities
• Follow up with clients, provide product information, and handle basic inquiries
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
• Support trade show and exhibition preparations
• Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions
• Conduct competitor and market research as needed

Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates also welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods
• Good command of English (spoken and written); other language skills (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) are a plus

• 熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）；有 CRM 系統使用經驗者尤佳
• 對珠寶、時尚或奢侈品產業有興趣
• 良好的中英文書寫與口語能力；會說普通話或廣東話者佳
