Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer enquiry and order follow-up
- Quality control for jewelry products
- Assist for forecast and monitor the whole manufacturing operations
- Contact with production factory and follow up the progress
- Calculate product cost data
- Responsible for clerical duties including data input / checking, reporting making and editing information, documents filing, etc
- Provide clerical support to Production Department
- Responsible for managing social media
- Ad hoc project as assigned
- Travel to factory or exhibitions if needed

Requirements:
- DSE or above with minimum 2 years working experience in jewelry industry will be an advantage
- Good computer skills, knowledge of jewelry system JDB is preferred, advanced skills in Excel is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded, sensitive to numerical data, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
