Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support and handle daily office operations
• Perform reception duties, such as handling incoming calls and enquiries
• Execute of company applications and license renewal
• Participate in local Diamond and Jewelry exhibitions
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by managers
Requirements:
• Diploma holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience; if in Diamond industry, it will be highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work
• Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented; possess positive work attitude
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office computer usage
