Role Mission:
Partake as a core team member in the smart retail project team. Involve in the end-to-end project cycle from project planning, and execution to post evaluation. Support project in-charge in executing development plan, marketing campaigns and installation plans of innovative smart retail projects, such as Cloud Kiosk and customized jewellery project.

What you will be responsible for:
- Liaise with retail shops and various departments (including but not limited to e-Commerce Centre, Product PM, ICC, Finance, Sales & Marketing) on the launches in shops and respective campaigns, and act as a focal point of internal departments on handling operation inquiries
- Assist in formulating marketing plans and interacting across teams to develop creative content for marketing promotions and internal communications
- Evaluate customer journey to elevate customer experience and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction
- Generate progress reports and project performance analysis for management review
- Handle quotations and claims; prepare for budget and expense reports
- Assist in generating administration reports, and developing and implementing administration policy and procedure to improve departmental operational efficiency
- Prepare internal memo/notice to facilitate internal communications across business units
- Perform ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned

We might be a potential match if you have/ are:
- Degree holder in Business / e-Commerce / Marketing / Communication or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ e-Commerce / digital marketing experience with experience in jewellery/luxury retail industry is an advantage
- Knowledge in event planning, social media advertising, and product management is a plus
- Strong sense of customer experience and familiarity with frontline operations, and O2O marketing
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Canva is an advantage
- Good team player with strong passion in smart retail business
- Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
