Responsibilities:

Evaluating in diamond and stones
Handle the diamond and stones with factory
Creative sourcing on material for jewellery production, particularly on stone for fashion jewellery
Develop reliable vendor base and negotiate the most favorable terms to the Company and ensure on-time delivery of material
Provide update market price information
Direct liaison with China factory on production / material requirement
Standardize incoming quality and borderline sample for special projects

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years or above experience in gemstone and diamond purchasing
Experience in evaluating diamond characteristics, such as color, clarity and cut
Holder of FGA, DGA, GG or DG qualifications will be advantageous
Good communication and negotiation skills
Reliable, responsibility, careful and precision
Knowledge of written & spoken in Chinese & English, and familiar in computer is a must
Station in Hong Kong office, occasionally travel to China and oversea
Honesty, personal integrity and trustworthiness are crucial. Background checks will be performed before an applicant is hired.
