Role Mission
As part of the Brand Marketing Department, you will be the in charge of Product Marketing Team to assist Marketing Director for all marketing related activities in HK and Macau to achieve business goal and assigned KPI

What you will be responsible for:
- Develop and propose strategic marketing plans to upkeep company leadership position and image with cross-media including traditional, digital and social media
- Allocate resources and plan communication channels (media plan) to support key collections and festive campaigns
- Oversee production and media placement of Print, OOH TVC advertising campaigns of different products line
- Review and evaluate the performance of campaign & product promotion, ensure the plan go successfully and achieve optimal result for company
- Explore and support below-the-line promotion activities to drive sales, including credit card promotion, joint-mall promotion etc.
- Create noise in market for main collections and stimulate sales appetite
- Enhance products differentiation, including products attributes, collection stories, and defining target audience
- Support front-line store to organize in-store events / promotion and divert traffic to stores
- Liaise with vendors, agencies and shopping mall for advertising, PR and promotion opportunities
- Responsible for external affairs communication and arrangement
- Work with PR agencies on KOL collaboration and PR seeding
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

We might be a potential match if you have/are:
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communications or related disciplines
- At least 8 years’ solid all-rounded experience in brand & product marketing, advertising, digital, event management, joint-promotion with proven success in developing marketing plans & campaigns
- Working experience in luxury retail business and advertising agency is a plus
- Hands-on experience in managing 4As advertising agencies & digital agencies
- Demonstrate creative concept and strong marketing sense with strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
- Sales-driven with business acumen and budget-management skill
- Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and project management skills
- Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
