Role Mission

Act as Chow Tai Fook High Jewellery’s brand ambassador and influencer to inspire, execute and drive the learning and development initiatives to enable the High Jewellery Team to convey the brand DNA and in turn, inspire our clients in ways that constantly raise the bar in the realm of ultimate exclusive and impressive client experience for Chow Tai Fook High Jewellery Section.

What you will be responsible for:
- Design, develop and facilitate High Jewellery learning solutions and individualized coaching methods, using a blended learning approach.
- Deliver high-impact, interactive and consistent training and coaching.
- Partner closely with the High Jewellery Team and Corporate Learning & Development team to analyze existing content and skill gaps, and design new content to support those learning gaps.
- Act as a role model and frontline trusted “go-to” learning advisor, and able to bring out their best.
- Create measurements to evaluate the efficacy of High Jewellery learning content and its correlation between business drivers and objectives.
- Have close observations of staff’s interactions with clients and identify areas of improvement.
- Assists the Group Head of Training to strategize and develop a comprehensive people development plan.
- Frequent travel to the field and other locations is required.

We might be a potential match if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, possession of any advanced up-to-date learning & development certificates / professional certification on jewelry/luxury lifestyle is a plus.
- A min. of 10 years of relevant solid experience in the luxury retail, hospitality, or services industry with a deep understanding of high-end clients and sales is preferred.
- Possession of hands-on and solid experience in engaging/marketing to ULTRA-HIGH-NET-WORTH INDIVIDUALS (UHNWI) with a deep understanding of their lifestyle trends, psychology, and expectations.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset and way of working.
- Possess strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally when it is needed.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
