What you will be responsible for:

- Act as a single point of contact as well as a credible partner and trusted advisor for stakeholders, to ensure that HR policies and procedures help the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives
- Play an active role in partnering with other HRBPs to guide the business through the annual processes of the HR lifecycle including salary review, promotion, performance review, etc.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive human resources strategies and providing the full spectrum of HR partnership
- Design and implement an impactful employee experience journey including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Build, promote and enable an inspiring, supportive, fair, and inclusive work culture and practices that uphold the organization's brand
- Guide the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
- Identify and drive HR best practices across the business with continuous improvement

We might be a potential match if you have/are:

- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business, or related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience
- Exposure to Luxury Retail Background is a preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Meticulous to details with a can-do attitude
- Able to think big and work hands-on at the same time, with acute business acumen and an unafraid attitude to advance and challenge constraints
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend multiple solutions
- Able to work independently with a strong business sense and a good team player with strong people sense
