Reporting to Head of Innovator Development, the incumbent will work as a team to unleash collective brainpower of CTF. The Innovator Development Team plays a key role in developing and reinforcing the culture of CTF, while aiming to achieve a high level of efficiency and talent development. We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated talent to join our energetic & professional team.

What you will be responsible for:
- Formulate and devise talent development initiatives as well as deliver quality talent programs (e.g. leadership development, talent management, succession planning, digital learning, performance management) align with corporate goals & objectives
- Manage different projects including program design, stakeholder engagement, change enablement and communications, program roll-out and delivery
- Identify training needs, manage training schedule & budget control
- Create exceptional learning experiences and leverage new training technology with a major focus on developing, delivering and reviewing training materials & programs to enhance customer experience, staff & organization performance for achieving corporate strategies
- Monitor and analyze talent development metrics to measure the impact of programs on employee performance and business outcomes
- Source and liaise with external training vendors for facilitating development and delivery of outsourced training programs
- Review, refine and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure business results
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

What we strive to offer:
- Minimum 10 years extensive experience in learning course & program design, talent development and organizational development, preferably in luxury retail / hospitality / cosmetics industry
- Holder of GIA GG is a plus
- Able to master new knowledge, concepts and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing
- High learning agility to innovate various learning touchpoints
- Proactive, creative with great passion in training and development
- Dynamic with growth mindset
- Good stakeholder management
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint with multi-media software skill preferred
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
