What you will be responsible for:

- Identify opportunities to generate leads in brand building, as well as business development through different models, not limited to retail (self-operated/franchised), ecommerce and corporate sales
- Strategically manage end-to-end overseas retail business cycles with key partners to meet business objectives in terms of revenue and profit, as well as credit risk and inventory control
- Liaise with business partners, prospects and be project owner to bridge external and internal stakeholders
- Business travels are required
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

We might be a potential match if you have/are:

- Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- At least 5 – 8 years' relevant solid working experience. Experience in jewellery / luxury / fashion / beauty industry is definitely an advantage
- With franchisee management experience is a plus
- Possession of strong communication capabilities, as well as networking and out-of-the box problem solving skills
- Strong business acumen, with proven business development skills and track records
Independent, proactive, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
