Sales and Marketing Assistant
Job Duties:
Communicate with client and factory for sales order processing, to ensure orders’ progress is on track
Coordinate OEM projects with design team and monitor the progress of product development to achieve sales goal & manage client relationship
Work closely with sales operation team for orders follow-up, delivery schedule and preparation of documentation
Database management to prepare regular reports and insights on business performance, marketing intelligence
Take part in exhibition if needed
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma or above with 2-3 years relative working experience
Good communications skills in verbal and written Chinese and English
Good at multi-tasking and time management Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and word processing
Experience in OEM/ODM preferred Hardworking, willing to learn, independent and able to work under pressure
Immediately available is preferred
