向首席財務官負責。協助建立和完善聚寶元集團財務管理制度，為公司今後與資本市場對接更上一層樓未雨綢繆，全方位做好各方面的工作。具體内容包括財務建賬、財務核算、編製財務報表、財務處理、財齡分析、成本分析與管控、固定資產折舊、工資社保憑證、財務結賬、風險控制、稅務申報、資金管控、預算管理等。掌握珠寶行業數字化發展趨勢以及海内外資本市場動態，支持集團整體發展戰略的制定和實施，降低經营成本，提高盈利收益，創造股东價值。

職位要求 - 成功的應聘者應該具備如下素質：
• 會計學大學本科或以上學位
• 擁有中級會計師或以上職稱
• 有國內外會計事務所從業經驗者加分
• 7年以上財務會計管理工作經驗，至少3年在管理崗位
• 熟悉香港會計準則、財務/税務法律法規，了解海外會計準則者加分。
• 具有扎實的會計知識
• 有財務核算、資金管理、財務分析、成本核算、應收/應付財務處理等方面的實戰經驗
• 有風控意識和實際工作經驗
• 有完成税務申報（包括增值税/個人所得税）、與稅務、銀行等部門辦理各類税務和年
審等工作的經驗
• 能够撰寫財務分析報告，為管理層的决策提供財務依據
• 有與海内外會計事務所打交道的經驗，熟悉其工作流程
• 有在上市公司工作經驗加分
• 工作能力强，能在快節奏的環境中同時處理多項工作的能力
• 出色的人際交往能力，能够在不同組織層面進行溝通和協作

Job Description- About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, this role will assist in the establishment and improvement of the TMH Group's financial management system, plan ahead to prepare the company well for the capital market in the near future. Responsibilities will entail general ledger setup, financial accounting, preparation of financial statements, accounting processing, financial age analysis, cost analysis and control, depreciation of fixed assets, salary and social security administration, financial settlement, risk control, tax filings, treasury management/control, budgeting, etc. The role will keep himself/herself abreast of the digitalization trend of the jewellery industry and the developments of capital markets at home and abroad, support the formulation and implementation of TMH's overall development strategy to lower operating costs, improve profitability, and create shareholder value.

Job Requirement - The Successful Applicants
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• Intermediate Accountant Certification or above
• Experience in domestic or foreign accounting firms a plus
• More than 7 years working experience in the financial accounting field, at least 3
years of which in a management position
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting principles, financial/tax laws and regulations; and knowledge of overseas accounting principles a plus
• Solid accounting knowledge and experience
• Actual working experience in financial accounting, treasury, financial analysis, cost
accounting, accounts receivable/payable processing, etc.
• Having a risk management mindset and practical work experience
• Experience in tax filings (including value-added tax/personal income tax), handling
various taxation and annual reviews with taxation, banking and other authorities
• Ability to prepare financial analysis to support management's business decisions
• Experience in dealing with both Chinese and foreign accounting firms, and being
familiar with their practices
• Working experience in public companies a plus
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and collaborate at different
organizational levels
• In a start-up environment, the ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, adaptable,
resilient and able to apply their entrepreneurial spirit and analytical thinking
• Chinese/English writing skills
