General duties:
(Full-time contract)
Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support for the company in and outside the office to maintain an efficient working standard.
Key Responsibilities:
-perform work-related errands as requested
-assist with exhibition show planning and implementation
-support in sales and marketing
-manage filing and storage system
-maintain supply inventory and office equipment as needed
Requirement:
-Secondary school graduate
-have experience or interest in the jewelry/pearl industry
-good command of spoken English and Mandarin
-proficient computer skills (MS office, especially excel, searching skills)
-ideal with previous office experience but not necessary
Key competencies:
-attention to detail
-strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
-problem-solving ability
-flexibility
-reliability
